Welcome to Postlike, a service operated by A Little Drive LLC ("A Little Drive", "we", "Company", "us", "our"). By using our website, services, or products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and by providing in-app notifications. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Postlike is designed for sharing personal greeting cards with friends, family, and loved ones. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, or to post content that violates this policy. ADULT AND EXPLICIT CONTENT Postlike is not intended for adult content. You may not upload, create, or share: • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material • Content depicting sexual acts or sexually suggestive content • Content that sexualizes minors in any way • Escort services, adult entertainment, or similar content HATE SPEECH AND HARASSMENT We prohibit content that promotes, encourages, or incites hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics. Prohibited content includes: • Content that advocates violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status • Promotion of hate groups or extremist ideologies • Use of slurs, epithets, or dehumanizing language targeting protected groups • Harassment, threats, or intimidation directed at individuals or groups • Content promoting or glorifying violence or terrorism ILLEGAL CONTENT You may not use our Services to post or promote: • Content that violates any local, state, national, or international law • Content that infringes intellectual property rights • Content involving child exploitation or abuse in any form • Content that facilitates illegal activities • Content that violates privacy rights or discloses personal information without consent PLATFORM ABUSE • Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful software • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts • Engaging in any activity that interferes with or degrades the Services • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions • Using automated systems or bots without permission • Using the Services to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages ENFORCEMENT We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We may report illegal content to law enforcement authorities. You may appeal content removal or account suspension by contacting support@alittledrive.com.
All content and materials included in the Services, such as text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of A Little Drive or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User Content: By submitting content to our Services, you grant A Little Drive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content. This license exists only for the purpose of operating and improving our Services. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
